Cindi is often the reassuring voice behind the scenes at Hear at Home Hearing Clinic—making sure every client feels supported, heard, and cared for throughout their hearing journey. As our Customer Care Coordinator, she plays a key role in managing appointments, assisting families, and keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Born and raised on the North Shore, Cindi’s deep ties to the community are part of what makes her such a natural fit for our team. Long before she joined Hear at Home, she was already part of our extended family—trusting us with her father’s hearing care and seeing firsthand the difference that compassionate, personalized support can make.

Now, she brings that same level of care to every client she interacts with. Whether she’s helping a senior schedule their hearing aid fitting, following up after a hearing test, or supporting a family member through next steps, Cindi’s approach is always warm, thoughtful, and client-focused.

Her role bridges both our in-clinic hearing care and administrative support, making her a key connector between clients and practitioners. She understands the impact of hearing loss on daily life, especially for older adults, and takes pride in helping make the process smooth and stress-free.

Outside the clinic, Cindi enjoys all that North Vancouver has to offer—from forest walks to meals at her favourite local restaurant, Cantina Norte. She finds joy in spending time with her dog Mojo, watching The Amazing Race, and soaking up family time with her grandchildren, who are the highlight of her life.

Fun fact: Her favourite flower is the tulip, her snack of choice is pretzels, and her go-to colour is blue—fitting for someone who brings a calm, caring presence to every part of our hearing care services.
