What’s Included in the Adoption Plan?

Our Adoption Plan is not a one-size-fits-all solution, but rather, a versatile package of benefits designed to meet varying needs.

One Appointment

($150 per/aid)

Comprehensive hearing Assessment: This is an essential first step to accurately program your devices and provide you with the best possible auditory experience.
New receivers and domes: These are vital components that may need to be replaced, particularly if the aids were inherited.
Hearing Instrument Programming & Firmware Update: We make sure your hearing aids are programmed to suit your specific needs and updated with the latest firmware for best performance.

Service Plan

($250 per/aid)

This package includes all services from the One Appointment plan, along with an extended support service.
Regular hearing aid cleanings: Maintaining the cleanliness of your hearing aids is crucial for their optimal function and longevity.
In-office repairs: We offer comprehensive repair services, covering earmold tubing, microphone covers, wax guards, receiver domes, and battery doors.
Constant programming and troubleshooting, firmware updates: Your hearing aids should always be up-to-date and performing at their best; we ensure that.

In addition, you’ll receive friendly guidance regarding the proper use of your hearing aids and any adaptations needed.

We go beyond just “selling” hearing aids; we work with you to achieve maximum performance from your devices.
