Emma Pashak

My Expertise

Emma brings warmth, energy, and a personal touch to the front desk at Hear at Home Hearing Clinic in North Vancouver. As one of our Customer Care Coordinators, she plays an important role in making sure every client feels welcome and supported—from the moment they walk through our doors to the follow-up after their visit.

Born and raised in North Vancouver, Emma is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Education with a focus on elementary education. She volunteers regularly in a local kindergarten class and plans to become a teacher after graduation. Her background in education gives her a natural ability to communicate clearly and compassionately—skills she puts to great use in her role here.

Emma supports both clients and practitioners by managing hearing appointment scheduling, greeting visitors to the clinic, assisting with intake forms, and handling administrative tasks behind the scenes. Clients appreciate her warm welcome, helpful attitude, and the extra effort she puts into creating a calm and friendly clinic experience (and yes—she makes a great cup of coffee too).

She loves hearing stories from our clients, especially when they share how hearing aids or earwax removal services have changed their daily life for the better. It’s that human connection and real impact that inspires her work each day.

In June, Emma will begin full-time studies at UBC. While she steps back from her front-facing role, she’ll continue supporting Hear at Home behind the scenes with scheduling, document management, and client service support, helping ensure our in-clinic operations continue to run smoothly.

Outside of work and school, Emma enjoys exploring local cafés, spending time with friends, and discovering new restaurants around the North Shore. She’s also passionate about travel and has a growing curiosity for different cultures and new experiences.
