Thank you Jennifer for successfully ear wax removal. I had been dreading getting it done. The staff at the clinic were so friendly and accommodating. I was seen right on my appointment time. The clinic is well run and extremely clean. I have booked a follow up hearing test at the clinic.
I just wanted to say that we (my sister Deb and I ) really enjoyed your and Karen's presentation and the information was very helpful. I was looking for a certified ear wax removal as I thought that was the cause of my hearing issues and I found Hear At Home. Jennifer did a ear exam and removed wax build up from ears. I can hear clearly again! She also did a hearing test and took the time to talk through my results. Jennifer and the team were helpful, and hospitable. Provided excellent service.
