We always conduct our own services honestly and honourably, and expect our clients and suppliers to do the same. Our advice, strategic assistance and the methods imparted through our training, take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our clients and suppliers.
Our actions and advice will always conform to relevant law, and we believe that all businesses and organizations, including this mobile hearing clinic, should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of clients, people in the organizations we deal with, the local and wider environments, and the well-being of society at large.
Our contract will usually be in the form of a detailed proposal, including aims, activities, costs, timescales and deliverables to the client. The quality of our service and the value of our support provide the only true basis for continuity. We always try to meet our clients’ contractual requirements.
We aim to be as flexible as possible in the way that our services are charged. Some clients prefer fixed project fees; others are happier with retainers, and we try to fit in with what will be best for the client. We make no attempt to charge interest on late payments, so we expect payments to be made when agreed. Our terms are generally paid in full at the time of the service or delivery of a product.
We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of, all intellectual property that we create unless agreed otherwise in advance with our clients and suppliers. In return we respect the moral and intellectual copyright vested in our clients’ and suppliers’ intellectual property.
We maintain the quality of what we do through constant ongoing review with our clients, of all aims, activities and outcomes of every activity. We encourage regular review meetings and provide regular progress reports.
We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective in our judgement and any recommendations that we give, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients and their specific needs.
We always strive to be fair and objective in our advice and actions, and we are never influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age or personal disability.

I had the pleasure to experience my practicum here, shadowing Jennifer Abbott Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner and owner of this beautiful centre. Jennifer and her staff made me feel as an integral part of her team fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere with her selection of experts. The on-site practitioner is a high level professional, and the administration staff ooze well rounded customer service! I give thanks to everyone for sharing with me their invaluable knowledge and skills, as well as the supportive environment and expert guidance which they give to everyone whom they come in contact with. Plenty of doggie treats for those walking by with their furry friends, lots of coffee tea and goodies for anyone who stops in. I highly recommend a visit to see what services they have to support your hearing health, and I also recommend the lovely walk by the brook just behind the plaza. I had impacted ear wax from using ear plugs and riding motorcycles with ear plugs.… read more I have a very minor case of tinnitus that I have habituated to but when it comes to ear cleaning I’ve never had a good experience at the GP or walk in clinic. After having my ear wax impacted I found hear at home and booked an appointment. Hear at home uses a curette method which is manual removal and also uses irrigation. This was the most gentle, understanding and positive experience I’ve ever had. I want to say a huge thank you to Holy Desta for being so patient and kind with me. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend her and Hear At Home.
